Problems of Modern Capitalism

Declining growth rates, huge differences of wealth within and among countries, high rates of poverty even in developed and wealthy countries, armed conflicts with many deaths every year, organized crime and corruption, and the state of the environment including climate change are problems that will determine the future of capitalism. These problems are expected to worsen because of the growing world population and at the same time the inability to proportionally increase the supply of food.
