Experimental Study of Interstitial Oxygen Ions in Magnesium Oxide Crystals

As is known, the processes of radiation accumulation of Frenkel anionic pairs in ionic crystals are experimentally studied by registering defects created with the participation of vacancies and interstitial ions.
