Effect of Ultrasonic Vibration on Copper Particle Densification During Pressureless Sintering
摘要
This study investigates the impact of ultrasonic vibration on the densification process during pressureless sintering of copper particles. The research explores how the introduction of ultrasonic assistance affects the density and purity of the resulting copper crystalline product. The study reveals significant improvements in material properties, including increased density and reduced impurities, making it highly promising for various industrial applications. The optimized process not only enhances the overall density of the sintered material but also contributes to the production of purer copper-based products. This research highlights the potential of ultrasonic-assisted pressureless sintering as a valuable technique for achieving superior material quality and performance, offering new opportunities for innovation and efficiency in related industries.
