Conclusion

The Conclusion summarizes the main findings of the book. However, going beyond this conventional function, it aims to contribute to the discussions on a possible non-tribalistic future for human civilization. Responding to earlier discussions about the essentially ‘tribalist’ (and, therefore, nationalistic) nature of our minds, it seeks ways to encourage imagining a world without a ‘commonsensical’ belief that our one-time experience on earth must ‘naturally’ and inescapably be shaped by a zero-sum game of imagined communities.
