Analysis of Feedback in Error Visualization Systems Using Thinking Aloud Protocol
摘要
When learning, visualizing one’s answers can encourage reflection. However, the visualization of errors requires elements such as visibility, reliability, and suggestiveness. In this study, we analyze whether feedback provided by a learning support system using error visualization was properly conveyed to the learner. Specifically, we propose a method for analyzing the learner’s speech while using the system by performing thinking-aloud protocol analysis. The results showed that some of the feedback contents were not properly recognized by the learners.
