Conclusion
摘要
This chapter concludes the research study and discusses the complex factors that make up either a negative or a positive organisation. Human nature and organizational culture are considered, as is leadership and innovation. Additionally, a final word is spoken on management and managers. The functions of senior management and of middle management differ and are placed in context in this chapter. Middle management is indeed crucial to the well-being of an enterprise, and much can go wrong if it is not productive, efficient and effective. Organisations are political entities and much occurs which is not readily accessible and understandable by participants and passers-by/observers.
