Peridynamic Theory
摘要
This chapter presents an overview of the peridynamic (PD) theory. Considering the primary and secondary PD bonds, along with the concept of dual horizon, it presents the derivation of PD equation of motion and PD field equation for a constant and variable horizon based on the Euler-Lagrange equation. Also, it describes different strategies for imposing the relevant boundary conditions.
