Appraisal

An appraisal is required by the New Haven approach which looks to eight identified “values” that have been determined that all human begins cherish, regardless of their background. Identifying and maintaining these eight values serve to pursue and preserve human dignity and this chapter provides how these eight values are affected by the reasonings of those on both sides of the argument.
