Predictions

Coming up with a prediction in situations such as the one at hand are often very difficult. As this book is centered around a groundbreaking, yet controversial area of science, opinions can be hard to change. Two competing factors are discussed which is the political situation at the time as well as newer information that can be obtained from countries, and/or states where there are permissible laws. This chapter discusses what has led to changes in the laws of other countries as well as what trends in the United States can tell us as to what is needed for a change here. In the end the goal is to project future decisions based on the factors stated above.
