Delimitation of the Problem

In this chapter, which is seeks to offer a delimitation of the problem at hand, there is an in-depth primer on stem cells which includes what they are, where they are found, their potential benefits, their potential risks, how they are harvested and potential alternatives to stem cell treatments. These potential alternatives cover many of the newest, cutting-edge medical technologies and discuss how they compare and contrast from stem cells and include but are not limited to CRISPR-Cas9, cybernetics, nanobots, xenotransplantation and in vitro gametogenesis.
