Modern distributed systems are increasingly based on composite nano-services deployed in complex dynamic environments (e.g., edge-cloud continuum). In this scenario new requirements emerge aiming to (i) increase the quality of the certificate considering multiple factors affecting the final non-functional property to be certified (Sect. 4.1), (ii) handle certification of micro- and nano-services compositions (Sect. 4.2), (iii) consider peculiarities of the deployment environment while releasing certificates (Sect. 4.3), and (iv) include the development process as a specific target of the certification (Sect. 4.4).

摘要

Modern distributed systems are increasingly based on composite nano-services deployed in complex dynamic environments (e.g., edge-cloud continuum). In this scenario new requirements emerge aiming to (i) increase the quality of the certificate considering multiple factors affecting the final non-functional property to be certified (Sect. 4.1), (ii) handle certification of micro- and nano-services compositions (Sect. 4.2), (iii) consider peculiarities of the deployment environment while releasing certificates (Sect. 4.3), and (iv) include the development process as a specific target of the certification (Sect. 4.4).
