Baro Tumsa’s Involvement with the MTA and Political Activism
摘要
Focusing on the objectives of the Macha-Tulama Self-Help Association, the chapter identifies the challenges and accomplishments of the association. It further explains what the young Baro Tumsa learned from the leaders of the association and his role in networking and preparing the groundwork for forming the Oromo Liberation Front after Haile Selassie’s government banned the association in 1967.
