Theory of Quality Leadership

The chapter introduces and examines some relevant leadership theories that apply to analyzing Baro Tumsa’s unique leadership qualities in the Oromo national movement and investigates the relationship between leaders and organizations in general and the Oromo Liberation Front in particular.
