Writing for Television
摘要
This chapter reflects on Graham’s writing for televisionTelevision and its important articulation of state-of-the-nation concerns that emerge from and inform Graham’s stage drama. Using Brexit: The Uncivil War\ and Sherwood as case studies, both broadcast in the period in which the major works under discussion were performed and published, this section notes the development of the writer’s concerns about contemporary British life and the effect of legitimately delegated and assumed power organisations on ordinary people, expanding the thematic discussions considered in this book.
