Parametrization of 2D Complex Regions Using UNAMalla 6: A Block Structured Mesh Generator

A method for the construction of parametrizations of simply connected regions is extended to polygonal regions with holes. It decomposes complex regions into subregions suitable for structured mesh generation. The parametrizations are block structured quad meshes. The method is implemented in a new version of our mesh generator UNAMalla 6, high quality meshes on complex regions can be generated using this meshing software.
