摘要

Engineering- and architecture-related students require to possess a range of specialized competencies in their future professional practice. Ensuring that students become fully competent in the diverse fields that constitute architecture necessitates educators overcoming the challenges posed by multidisciplinary tasks. This entails applying deep learning techniques and leveraging knowledge rooted in Information and Communication Technologies. To cultivate professional competencies among students in the preparation of methodological processes for territorial planning that align with their future needs, a series of tasks related to Geographic Information Systems have been devised. These tasks enable students to engage with processes of urbanization, subdivision, cataloguing, and attribute allocation to existing buildings, as well as to projects and their constituent elements at various scales. In the modules where these topics are taught, there is an emphasis on exploring heritage in conjunction with new construction or the restoration of existing buildings.
