The Dirichlet Problem on Rough Domains and Herz Spaces

We establish a well-posedness result for Dirichlet Problem on rough domains with boundary data on Herz spaces. This is accomplished by developing a comprehensive Calderón-Zygmund theory for singular integral operators acting on these spaces, and by employing the method o boundary layer potentials.
