Elementary properties of the turbulence measure are listed and the turbulence measure for incompressible fluids is briefly discussed. Cylinder measures are defined and the construction of measures as limits of cylinder measures as suggested by Kolmogorov’s extension theorem. Examples of measures in function spaces are provided to illustrate the material: delta measure, Wiener measure, and the theorems of Cameron and Martin. The calculation of Wiener integrals is the main part of the problems at the end of this chapter; solutions are provided in Chap. 30 .
