Simple Equilibrium Networks and Switching Dynamics

In this chapter, simple equilibrium networks with separated hyperbolic and hyperbolic secant flows are presented and the switching bifurcations of the equilibrium networks are discussed. Such switching bifurcations of the equilibrium networks are completed through the inflection-source and sink infinite-equilibriums. The inflection-sources (sinks) infinite-equilibriums are the switching bifurcations of hyperbolic flow with connected saddle and hyperbolic-secant flow with connected source (sink).
