Conclusions
摘要
In this chapter, the author offers conclusions based on the study of State practice and cases in previous chapters. The author observes that all instances in which the doctrine of mistake of fact has had some legal effect are directly or indirectly associated with the principle of good faithGood faith, and attempts to build upon this observation to define an ‘international law of mistake’.
