Endoscopic Transorbital Skull Base Approach to the Meckel’s Cave

Meckel’s cave is a challenging area to expose because of its deep-seated location and its surrounding critical neurovascular structures. The endoscopic transorbital corridor is a novel alternative surgical approach to reach Meckel’s cave and the cavernous sinus. This chapter will review the anatomy of Meckel’s cave and discuss the surgical technique.
