Immunotherapy in Genitourinary Malignancies
摘要
Different genitourinary cancers—that is, the cancers of the urinary tract (kidney and bladder/urothelial) and male genitalia (prostate, testicles, and penis)—respond differently to immunotherapy. Currently, immunotherapies are most important in kidney and bladder/urothelial cancers and are often the first-line therapy. There are fewer current indications for prostate and penile cancers and no current role for immunotherapy in testicular cancer.
