Partner Fit Between Social Enterprises and Impact Investors
摘要
This chapter applies a qualitative method to analyse the dyadic data and present the key findings. Our focus is on how organisational compatibility and resource complementarity have been applied to establish partner fit between SEs and IIs. Semi-structured interview responses from six SEs and IIs with dyadic relations were initially analysed through a coding process, and organised into themes. The empirical indicators generated were further subjected to what Jackson and Mazzei (2011) describe as after coding “thinking with theory”, which pushes researchers to further analyse empirical indicators alongside theoretical underpinning to generate dyadic themes.
