Social Enterprise and Impact Investing
摘要
This book examines collaborations between social enterprises (SEs) and impact investors (IIs) to learn how they are guided by organisational compatibility and resource complementarity when they seek to establish partner fit in pursuit of their different social and economic interests. It also seeks to understand organisational-level and institution-wide factors that influence pre-investment actions undertaken by SEs and IIs prior to their establishment of partner fit. These actions are based on their levels of compatibility in organisational logics and complementarity of resource strength.
