Switching Concept

The fundamental switching concept of the typical power devices, basic modulation strategies for power converters are firstly introduced. An effective critical soft switching methodology for the switching loss reduction is then analyzed. The developed variable-switching constant-sampling frequency critical soft switching method is introduced to be combined with the model predictive control.
