Over recent years, oncological neurosurgery has faced major improvements capable of enhancing patients’ safety and outcomes. This chapter provides an overview of the current state of the art of surgical treatment in brain tumors. Different aspects are addressed spanning from surgical planning to guidance together with practical considerations.
