Introduction
摘要
Chapter 1 of this book initiates a comprehensive exploration into the challenges confronting the British working-class during a pivotal period marked by the aftermath of the Great Recession, austerity measures, and the divisive Brexit vote. The author, drawing from both personal experiences and broader societal narratives, embarks on a journey to unravel the intricate issues of political alienation, economic hardships, and social marginalisation faced by the working-class. Ultimately, this chapter sets the stage for an in-depth exploration of the working-class experience, poised to advocate for a renewal rooted in ethical, socialist, and nationalist principles, and aiming towards the envisioned Progressive Nationalism.
