The Use of 2D in Heart Conditions
摘要
The Echocardiogram basically consists of three modes, as mentioned earlier. This chapter is devoted to the 2D image, which is the first step towards obtaining all information of the Heart under consideration. We have already discussed the various windows and views, that form the protocol. So, in this chapter, I have listed most if not all the pathological conditions that the person doing the Echocardiogram will encounter in each view of every window. If one remembers these pathological conditions while doing each view of the Echocardiogram, then he or she is less likely to miss any major defects that one is likely to encounter. The performance of the Echocardiogram becomes easier, and the reporting can be more accurate and achieved in a shorter period of time. That is the goal set for this chapter.
