Innovative Technical Solution of the Regulating Transformer with Two-layer Winding

There are many types of transformers available in the market. Transformer manufacturers try to adapt them according to the needs of manufacturing companies from various industries that are their main customers. Many patents and industrial utility models in the industry aim to improve, innovate, or modernize existing transformers. Today, management systems are an integral part of any enterprise, regardless of its field of business activity (transport and automotive, energy, medicine, communications, administration, aviation, chemical industry, manufacturing, etc.). It is undeniable that if a given system fails, all other systems fail. The article discusses an innovative technical solution for a control transformer. The transformer in this study is considered the central current distribution unit, which carries critical value for the energy and management system of the enterprise. The proposed solution concerns an innovative control transformer with a two-layer output winding. The principle described in the study applies to all devices in which it is necessary to smoothly regulate the electrical voltage from zero to the maximum value, with the possibility of selecting current to a value determined by the ultimate power of the control transformer. High-quality engineering products are the result of a specific production process. The proposed study once again emphasizes that correctly selected criteria for a technical solution, for example, in the case of production automation, are reflected in indicators of productivity, reliability, and economic efficiency.
