Two Concepts of Domain-Specific Languages for Therapists to Control a Humanoid Robot

Domain-Specific Languages allow domain experts to specify their knowledge in such a way that software can be generated based on those specifications. In the context of a project using a humanoid robot Pepper as coach in therapies of post stroke patients we developed the language TaskDSL4Pepper and StateDSL4Pepper. They allow therapists to specify the behavior of a robot based on the two concepts of task models and hierarchical state machines.
