A First Literature Study on Predictive Quality in Use Evaluation for Smart Environments
摘要
Smart environments promote an habitat where technological devices may facilitate the daily tasks of whoever lives in them, which may provide a good living alternative for the elderly or for people with some kind of motor impairment, therefore, it is essential to measure the quality of the software applications found in such places. In this paper, we conduct a review to analyse studies about the prediction of software quality and initiate the design of our approach to predict the Quality in Use of applications in smart environments without having to involve end users. Instead, we intend to implement a multi-agent system to simulate human behaviour, mine the data from the simulation and apply measures from a ISO/IEC published standard to predict the software quality.
