Bipolar Junction Transistors

In this chapter, we begin with a basic description of junction bipolar transistor mode of operation and fabrication. We then analyze the transistor DC parameters in more details and advance to high-voltage and high-currents effects transistor frequency response and switching, and heterojunction bipolar transistors.
