摘要

Agricultural food is being produced all over the world. Recent environmental challenges, including: global warming is affected by fertilizers and chemicals volumes used, leading to climate change and impact on human health. We propose a multi-objective model for a sustainable supply chain of perishable organic and non-organic food under uncertainty. An attempt is made to establish a balance between production and consumption of the products to reduce: 1. Costs; 2. the destructive impact on the environment; and to increase; 3. consumer health. The objective function consists of consumption indicators, waste production and used vehicles for transportation. Robust optimization addresses demand uncertainty. A case study is investigated for an “apple” producer to evaluate the validity of the model. Then, we solve the problem by NSGA-III and Grey Wolf Optimization meta-heuristic algorithms. The numerical results show the contradiction between the first and the third objective functions.
