Enhancing a Learning Management System’s Effectiveness Through NEP-Compliant Curriculum Changes and Their Effects at HEIs

Planning and developing integrated learning plans, organizing their implementation, analyzing them, and, ultimately, the results of the educational expertise are all included in the Curriculum Development (CD) process. One way to critically examine the boundaries of teaching and learning is through curriculum design. Converting general declarations of intent into targeted plans and actions is the method's main goal. The article examines the empirical evidence that suggests that learner-centered, active learning techniques are replacing the pedagogies of the past. The active processing of data, technology, and practical applications based on industry standards. Also, a model intended to accomplice industry and training in the improvement of instructive educational programs is offered to elevate discussion concerning how to more readily plan future alumni with the abilities and employability aptitudes expected to perform in a consistently evolving workforce.
