Influence of the State on Cross-border Trade Management in Commercial Global Digitalization
摘要
The paper explores the complex relationship between technological advances, management strategies, and external factors that collectively shape the landscape of digital tool use in commercial operations. The predominant adoption of line-functional management structures in Ukraine is identified as a fundamental flaw due to its lack of coordination, which hinders adaptability in the face of adverse events. In contrast, the process-project management system prevalent in digitally driven economies excels at responding to external environmental changes. The study highlights the influence of external forces, such as international trade agreements, on business digitalization. The paper also analyses the integration of digital systems into core and supporting business processes, emphasizing the need for comprehensive implementation, including external and internal digital systems. The study highlights the importance of digital techniques in core business processes, including market research, innovation, and sales. It emphasizes the significance of data in building consumer trust and discusses the role of electronic payment systems in commerce. The study suggests that adaptive management systems are crucial in rapidly changing environments and that government policies play a crucial role in driving digitalization. As countries collaborate on digitalization, the barriers to cross-border trade will diminish, creating a new economic system dominated by large companies with digitized management systems.
