Risk Factors for Melanoma Development
摘要
Melanoma risk factors include both modifiable and non-modifiable factors. These factors include hair color, nevi pattern, sun exposure, age, familial history, and genetics for the general population. Dermoscopy and total body photography are important tools for monitoring lesions and earlier detection of melanoma, particularly for those with increased risk. Certain populations may be subjected to occupational risk factors for melanoma in addition to the aforementioned general risk factors.
