Basic Features of a Neopragmatist Research Program

Building on the basic outlined features of neopragmatist philosophy, this chapter will further develop the outlines of a research program in which different theoretical currents can be interwoven – i.e., ‘a redescription’. This chapter represents an intermediate step towards the development of a research program for the neopragmatist redescription of ‘horizontal geographies’, as described in Chapter 8 after the normative content of neopragmatism (both an open society and maximization of life chances) has been discussed in Chapter 7 were developed.
