This Chapter is dedicated to an in depth exploration of the two special instruments established in the foreign subsidies regulation dedicated to concentrations and public procurement procedures. These two instruments are analyzed with a view to their notification and declaration obligations and their specific procedural provisions and decision-making powers of the European Commission.
