Synthesis of Metal NPs Using Plant Flowers and Fruits

Metal nanoparticles (MNPs) manufactured using environmentally friendly methods have attracted the interest of researchers all over the world due to the physicochemical profiles they offer and the advantages they have in the biotechnology domain. A significant area of research in recent years has shifted towards the discovery of a method for synthesizing NPs using plant extracts. The NPs manufactured in this way are both non-toxic to humans and low-impact on the environment. MNPs that are synthesized from plants are not only more consistent in terms of shape and size, but the yield that is achieved with this method is also larger than that achieved through other methods. In addition, some of these MNPs have demonstrated a great deal of pharmacological activity, which has been repeatedly verified over the course of the previous several decades. Extracts from flowers and fruits have been applied to stabilize MNPs and function as a reducing agent. This allows us to reduce the negative effects on the ecosystem.
