Early Detection of Contaminant Release from Waste Disposal Facilities
摘要
Groundwater monitoring is to detect the nature and magnitude of changes in groundwater quantity and quality because of natural processes or human activities. Achieving these goals is often challenged in karst terranes with peculiar characteristics including multiple porosity elements ranging from small pore spaces, solution-enlarged fractures/conduits to caves, and a spectrum of flow regime from laminar flow to turbulent flow.
