摘要

To realize the benefits of process-driven management, a process-driven organization must be implemented in a real environment. It involves organizing and supporting actors, whether human or machine, through an appropriate infrastructure. The core infrastructure is a unified process-driven information system that differs from traditional systems in that it not only supports actors but also executes and monitors business processes in real time while facilitating continuous development. At its core is a Workflow Management System that is central to the creation, evolution, and real-time execution of process models. This ensures the information services of a highly flexible system that adapts to real situations—a key aspect of process-driven organization. Implementing a process-driven system requires a foundational organizational concept, aligning actor competencies with business processes. The MMABP technique involves analytical steps, refining the process system and constructing competencies from process relationships. Treating communication between processes as services establishes mutual competencies that inherit the flexibility of the system. This complex process and the ongoing evolution of process-driven management require the adoption of organizational maturity concepts and Michael Hammer’s PEMM model. This mature model considers both process and organizational maturity and provides the basis for developing a process-driven organization according to its maturity level.
