摘要

Evaluation of the consistency of the business system model (architecture) is a tool for identification of errors and inconsistencies in the models, the business system model consists of, that may arise in the process of abstraction and subsequent capture (typos, shifts in meaning, omissions, etc.). In addition, evaluating consistency and making corrections to ensure it is an important and effective tool to achieve the quality of the model of the whole business system, not only in terms of correctness but also in terms of relative completeness. The issue of consistency thus represents not only a risk of error but also an opportunity to achieve a high internal quality of the business system model that the individual models together form. Therefore, this chapter presents procedures for evaluating the consistency of the business system model and what to focus on, including practical examples illustrated by models whose creation process was described in the previous chapters.
