Adult scoliosis defined as deformity or deviation in the skeletal spine of mature patient, normally human beings have curves like cervical and lumber lordosis with thoracic kyphosis, in scoliosis spinal curvature with cobb angle more than 10 ° if less than 10 ° it’s called asymmetry in the spine, and this abnormality associated with thoracolumbar curvature as compensatory, and most of time its associated with lordosis or kyphosis.
