Geomorphology of Piauí State
摘要
The present proposal for the geomorphological study of Piauí aimed to update the classification carried out in the 1980s (LIMA, 1987). The IBGE (2009) method was used, with the methodological procedures being the reading and analysis of theoretical texts related to the area studied, thematic mappings and fieldwork reports, satellite images, and digital cartography. The main results obtained made it possible to classify the relief of the State of Piauí and its respective mapping presented here.
