Evolution of Geomorphological Knowledge: Theoretical and Methodological Aspects
摘要
The relief materializes as a stage for human activities. Resulting from endogenous and exogenous activities, its studies over time placed it as an interphase and integrative basis of natural units such as rock, climate, soil, vegetation and water resources, therefore, considering it as dynamic and being an object of study sometimes associated with an element, sometimes in the integrated landscape set. In this way, its theoretical and methodological basis has constituted different perspectives that allow understanding the relief according to the premise that it is approached. Here, we prioritize understanding relief as an integrative basis not only for nature but also for the organization of natural landscapes and, consequently, the actions imposed by society.
