Next-Gen Negligence and Governance
摘要
Chapter 13 speaks to an administrator’s potential for liability in two key areas of governance—agencies and funding. This chapter addresses the important role agencies play in protecting our citizens and agencies’ increasing vulnerability based upon U.S. Supreme Court decisions threatening to cede their authority to Congress. There are many agencies that support education and validate administrative decision-making. Also in this chapter is a brief discussion of how private interest groups may be compromising the funding and future of public schools through increased support for choice and for their heightened influence in politics and school governance.
