The Military
摘要
This chapter scrutinises Western misinterpretations of Russian military actions over the last decade, emphasising two key factors: the application of Western concepts to analyse Russian strategies and the reliance on potentially unreliable information. Despite Russia’s unpredictable military successes and failures, Western analysts struggle to gauge its true capabilities. The dialectic approach, designed to address biases and information gaps, is employed to dissect the nuances of the Russian nuclear threat and conventional capabilities.
