Design Verification

This chapter discusses the Application Specific Integrated design (ASIC) functional, timing, and physical verification processes. In the functional verification section, various methods such as simulation-based and rule-based verification style are briefly explored. In addition, for the rule-based method, it covered the basic concepts of assertion and formal methods.
