In order to solve fuzzy Pantograph-type Delay Differential Equations, a numerical method is presented in this study. The method is based upon Hermite wavelet approximation. The pantograph equation is transformed into a system of algebraic equations using the Hermite wavelet method. The unknown coefficients are then evaluated by solving the system using triangular fuzzy number and some collocation points. Along with its estimated error, the convergence of the approximate solution will be obtained. To illustrate the method, a numerical example is taken into consideration.

摘要
