Proximity on a Topological Space

We introduce the concepts that provide the notion of vicinity on a topological space, such as neighborhoods or convergence of sequences. The concept of proximity of a point with respect to a given subset of a space will be expressed in terms of neighborhoods of points. Using neighborhoods and bases of neighborhoods, we also give equivalent ways to present the topology of a space.
